Ireland!
Tzenni-Bah's nickname became Hammy because she was the ham to our sandwich!
we were taking the coolest pictures on my camera and this is the angle from Tzenni-Bahs camera
this is in the coolest Tower Castle we came across (in my mind) it was empty pretty much and it was pretty easy to envision the life that was lived here! The day was POURING rain and this castle wasn't really sealed up... you would be walking up the stairs and you would get water in your face! I could not imagine having to live here back when there was just tapestry up on the wall to give you a little insulation!THIS IS THE CONNEMARA THE DRIVE AROUND IT WAS AMAZING
On the way out to Dingle... The drive through the Peninsula was BEAUTIFUL!!! We made it to the Wine and Food and Art festival... Really the only thing that was good about this festival (which was 5-6 booths, 10 pieces of art and people looking at nothing!) was the hottest man in the first booth! He was good goin' in and great comin' out!
King Johns Castle in Limerick... It was crazy to learn just what destruction happened here... I am a firm believer that the land speaks and as we were in the town walking around i was ready to leave! But it was cool to see really cool to leave!

The Rock Of Cashel was a very windy but amazing complex of Churches. It was amazing to walk around and see the intricate masonry that was all throughout the church. The oldest tomb was in 1525... I thought it was cool to see that the Arch Bishop and His wife were buried here together in one alcove of the church! This was one of my favorite things that we saw!
You can't go to Ireland and Not kiss the Blarney Stone! So here is Blarney Castle! There are a set of stairs to go up and a set of stairs to go down... Going up was pretty darn scary! The steps were narrow and steep and the stairs were crazy as you got closer to the top! I sure did lay down and kiss the stone upside down!!! As you get around the corner there is a sign that says... Has the Blarney Stone been Moved... Probably! Oh Great... I just laid down and kissed the same spot that thousands of other people have kissed and its just some rock wall that some drunk Irishman told other people lets make people kiss this rock wall and say its the blarney stone and make lots of money... I just felt a little grossed out that my lips touched a wall that it is reported people have pee'd on. Yeah, that's GREAT!
Staying in Carlow... I think that this was the hardest bed I have ever attempted to sleep in!!! But the Good thing was... THERE WERE 3 BEDS!!!

So this was the last day on the bus into the airport from Hertz to the airport to catch the bus into Dublin to tour the city for the final day of our tour of Ireland! We went to Trinity College to see the Book of Kells. They were Beautiful old Scriptures. After you are done with seeing the books you go up to the Long Room. I have to say that this Library is quiet and beautiful and peaceful. There is a spirit that is unlike any other place I have ever been. I was in awe as I looked on the 2 floors of ancient books and to see the busts of Aristotle and Plato and the likes looking on... It was amazing! We walked into the city and I just followed Cortney and Tzenni-Bah hoping they knew where they were!

On the bus ride out of Dublin on the last day I was sitting there enjoying looking through my pictures. I couldn't wait to put them on my computer and to blog about them. There was a picture that said, Image too large, So I thought to myself I'll just change the pixel size on this picture and then it won't be too large... I clicked the button and then the bar came up and swoop the line was quickly from one side to the other and then NO IMAGE FOUND. I had erased every one of my pictures. I sat there stunned (Tzenni-Bah had done the same thing earlier in the day and I didn't know how she did it!) I told them what I had done. Then I sat there after Cortney gave me a you are soooo DUMB look and I couldn't help it... I started LAUGHING!!! I sat there and Laughed, Cortney Joined in and we Laughed until we had tears!!!
To FIll you in!

I AM HOME!!!
I know that many of you know... Hence the posting below... But i have gone and come back from my trip to Ireland!!! I literally am still feeling the movements of the plane and have been up way toooo long! I didn't really sleep last night for fear of missing my plane! I kept a trip journal that I kept along the way that I will bore you all with later! But needless to say, the trip was filled with amazing moments and laughter, a lot of just-keep -moving -but -I -am -so- tired moments! I am proud to say that I drove the whole way and I had amazing co pilots that made sure that I was on the right side of the road when I went to automatic mode and made sure that I knew the roads to take before they came up! Cortney and I had some giggle fits that is a fun story but again I will have to fill you in later as I just want to fall asleep! But Here is the kicker... I sure did leave my phone... my only connection to the world... and you... So can you do me a favor and leave me your numbers or you can email at nicomimorris@excite.com so i can talk to you!!! I am sad that I don't know my bestest friends phone numbers by heart!!!! I will write soon!!!

This made me Happy to know someone thinks like me!
"I truly believe that people like myself, who are in a position of entertainers in the limelight, should keep their mouth shut on politics. Because at the end of the day, let me tell you what I 'm good at: I'm good at writing songs and singing. What I'm not educated in is the field of political science. And so for me to be sharing my views and influencing people of who I think they should be voting for … I think would be very irresponsible on my part. So I'll just keep my mouth shut on that. I think celebrity endorsements hurt politicians. Because as soon as somebody comes out for a politician, especially in Hollywood, when they all go, 'I'm voting for this guy!' — I go, 'That's not who I'm voting for!' … As soon as Oprah Winfrey pops up and goes 'Ha-la-la-la-la,' I'm like, 'I love Barrack Obama. I hate Oprah Winfrey.' I don't hate her. I just don't believe in her, so I don't want any part of any of that. I think celebrities hurt politicians."

Finally some intelligence out of the "Celebrity" world... who knew Kid Rock was this intelligent... I actually have some respect for him now!

WELCOME HOME!
Sorry that its taken a long time to actually blog but I have to say i am done with the packing wrapping, bending, twisting, lifting, sweating, crying, stressing, painting, pinning, cutting, thinking, sewing, stretching, and dreaming about sleep! Here is the past 3 weeks and all the stress that comes with taking a big leap and moving!
Welcome to my humble abode!

Welcome to my humble abode!
My bed obviously! This was the hardest thing to place in the room in order to make the most room and also not be the centerpiece to the room!!! It got placed in the dormer window and i have to say I love it here... You don't walk in and just see my huge bed! I have a definite bedroom area and a little sitting area! I was sitting on the couch and thought to myself this place is soooo darn CUTE!
I am glad that my kitchen has enough room for a table! So now people can come over and not eat in my bedroom! And we can play some games!!!

My Gourmet Kitchen! I plan on making this the future center of my diet!
my office alcove! the computer can't go here because it doesn't get any reception!
OK, when I agreed to move in and hadn't seen the place i didn't realize that the kitchen literally didn't have any counter space... I guess that is what a kitchenette is! I thought, if there is no counter space i will definitely be eating out all the time and there will go any weight that i lost out the door! I found this really cool island at Crate and Barrel and had my friend Mark come over (who by the way is my hero and made a difficult time soooo much easier!) and help me assemble this monster! When we bought it we were told that it was the hardest piece to put together but I didn't have the urge to whack the pieces together and hardly any temper flares that things weren't working!
This striped fabric is the back of the pillows and inside of the couch! I surprised myself that I liked the 2 fabrics together and think that its fun and funky and different enough that it can belong in my place and say to people come and sit on me and enjoy some peace and comfort! You can then say back to my couch "Ok, Let my cheeks meet you!" and plop on down!
